I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!
I am cutting my hair for cancer in honor of my mum, who was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia in December 2022. Despite enduring several rounds of chemotherapy, she faced her battle with remarkable strength and ultimately overcame it. Her resilience is a testament to the courage and determination that so many patients display. Unfortunately, not everyone is as fortunate. Every day, over 53 Australians are given the devastating news of a blood cancer diagnosis, and the same number will face this heartbreak tomorrow. By cutting my hair, I hope to contribute to the fight against cancer and support those who are still battling this disease. 🧡
