I'm rocking the chop on 09/10/2024

Did you know that 1 in 2 Queenslanders will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime?

This October, I will be rocking the chop as a participant in the Cancer Council's Ponytail Project. Not only is this an extremely worthy cause, but it holds a special place in my heart. Like many others, I have had multiple family members and friends affected by cancer, so I want the opportunity to make a difference .

The funds raised during the project will go towards cancer research and treatment, and I will also be donating 20cm of my ponytail to make wigs for those in need.

For many of us, we often take things, such as hair, for granted, however, it can provide those in need with a sense of normality or confidence. Sometimes it's the small things that can have the greatest impact.
